Hemp seed oil is oil like no other! High in antioxidants, a rich source of essential fatty acids, and a natural anti-inflammatory – how wouldn’t it become an all-time favorite ingredient of whole-food lovers and natural beauty crafters?

Hempika hemp seed oil is produced from hemp seeds via the cold-press process (the temperature throughout the entire process does not exceed 37 degrees Celsius) – a method that preserves all of the oil’s beneficial properties. The so-called “virgin hemp oil” has a bright green color and a rich nutty flavor. It contains naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and has an ideal Omega-3 / Omega-6 fatty acids ratio.

There are a lot of stories about hemp seed oil (it MAY do many things connected with longevity and overall well-being) – and many of them might be true. Yet we shouldn’t claim the health properties of this fantastic gift from nature. However, we know how one can benefit from regular hemp products use – so try it out and see it for yourself.

Using hemp seed oil is a double win – it works from the inside out and from the outside in! Hemp seed oil can be used as a food supplement or as an additive to various dishes (warning: do not expose it to high temperatures since it is not stable on heat).

Hemp seed oil can be used as a moisturizer for the skin, as it is easily absorbed and helps to hydrate and soothe dry or irritated skin. Plus, it is non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores or cause breakouts. Due to its beneficial properties, it is commonly used as an ingredient in hair and skincare products.

Use it as dish enricher

Here it is – your new favorite salad dressing! Hemp seed oil tastes nutty, yummy, and earthy. It is a much-welcomed oil to enrich salads, bowls, and other dishes that don’t require any more temperature processing. Just please, for heaven’s sake, never use Hempika hemp seed oil for baking or cooking – high temperatures kill all the goodies naturally present in the oil. Recommended daily intake is 1 tablespoon (15ml). Try not to exceed.

Use it for skin & hair care

Your skin will adore it! And no, hemp seed oil won’t suffocate your skin – quite the contrary! Since it is non-comedogenic, it allows your skin to breathe. You can use it as a moisturizer – apply a few drops of hemp seed oil to your face and neck after cleansing to hydrate and nourish your skin; or simply add a few drops of hemp seed oil to your regular moisturizer to boost its hydrating properties. Do you like taking baths? Invite hemp seed oil to the home spa! Add a few drops of hemp seed oil to your bathwater to help hydrate and soothe dry or irritated skin – and witness the wonders!

Last but not least, your hair might get a crush on hemp seed oil. Massage it into your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes, and then wash it with shampoo. You might discover that you didn’t even know how ultra-moisturized your hair can be!

How does it taste like?

Hemp seed oil has a mild, nutty flavor, making it a great addition to salad dressings, dips, and even smoothies.

I love it,spoonful with CBD drop in the morning.I also mixed the oil in my bodycream and it is so good for my drye skin.

  2. Vivi

The only downside of this oil is _ why I run out of it so fast? 🙂 Oh, maybe because I use it for every salad, on top of risotto (Italians, don’t be mad), I use it to nurture my skin, my stomach, and my whole body – from the inside (with foods) and outside (on my skin).

  3. Viviana Cuna

Molto buono sui cibi da condire, sicuramente continuerò a comprarlo magari con qualche promozione.
