Kapljice sem začela pravzaprav jemati zaradi migrenskih glavobolov. Najprej 3 tedne jemanja 5 %kapljic (6 zjutraj, 6 kapljic zvečer), nato sem začela jemati 10% kapljice, tako, da sem postopoma povečevala doziranje. Trenutno sem na 64 mg dnevno (8 kapljic zjutraj, 8 zvečer). Nameravam še povečevati. Učinki, ki sem jih do sedaj opazila so: globok spanec ponoči, stabilno razpoloženje (manj nihanja razpoloženja pred menstruacijo ter fizične utrujenosti), osredotočenost – fokus, občutek globlje koncentracije ter milejši in redkejši glavoboli v tem mesecu. Kot rečeno, začela sem jih jemati zaradi glavobolov, vendar zraven dobila še (kot našteto) veliko ostalih bonusov.
