General terms and conditions of Hempika Webshop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store Hempika (hereinafter referred to as the “store”) is operated by:

which is also the provider of e-commerce (hereinafter referred to as “vendor” or “Hempika”).
Terms and conditions govern the operation of an online store Hempika, rights and obligations of the user and the trade and govern the business relationship between the seller and the buyer.
The buyer is obliged by terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing online order). When placing order online the user is warned about the terms and conditions each particular time which he confirms with placing order online.
The seller commits to the buyer before he is bound by any contract or offer, provide the following information:
- company information (name and place of business, registration number)
- contact information, which enables fast and efficient communication (e-mail, phone)
- the essential characteristics of products (including after-sales services and guarantees) and the period of validity of this information,
- availability of products (each product, which is offered on the site, should be available within a reasonable period of time)
- delivery units (and the manner, place and time of delivery)
- prices must be clearly and unambiguously defined and it must be clear whether they contain taxes and transport costs and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
- method of payment and delivery or performance of, and validity of this data,
- validity of the offer,
- the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with ZVPot 43c; in cases where the consumer is in accordance with Article 43c ZVPot no right of withdrawal is expressly informed) ,
- Interpretation of an appeal, including details of the contact person.
Online store Hempika allows the use of registered and unregistered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).
Upon registration, the online store user obtains a user name and password. E-mail address, username and password unambiguously define and connect the registered user of the data input. If a user wants at any time to change the e-mail address to another e-mail address it is neccesary to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
With a single entry via e-mail, the user becomes a guest. Thus a registered user as a guest acquire the right to purchase at the online store Hempika.
The purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer in an online store Hempika concluded at the moment Hempika buyer sent the first e-mail about the status of his order (titled: “Your order has been accepted.”). From this moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and are valid for both the seller and the buyer. A buyer is a person whose data is indicated when placing the order. Subsequent changing customer data is not possible. Purchase agreement (i.e., the first e-mail about the status of the order) is electronically stored on the server.
Method of payment
Paying by credit card is seen as one of the most standard and safe ways of making a payment over the internet. At Hempika we accept both Visa and MasterCard. To use this method, enter you card details, expiry date and 3 digit security code (on the back of the card), on the relevant page. You payments should be made instantly, and we will start preparing your order right away.

Make sure to use your order number as a reference. Note: Although instant in many cases, a bank transfer can take up to 3 days to clear depending on where it is being transferred from. We will start packing your order as soon as your transfer clears.
Pay securely and anonymously with Bitocoin or other altcoins and ripples (Bitocoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple).
When confirming the method of payment for the purchase you will receive the invoice to your e-mail address (in .pdf format) immediately after delivery of the package.
The invoice is provided with information about the price and all costs relating to the purchase and with a notice of right to cancel the contract.
The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the information before placing an order. Later, given the objections as to the correctness of invoices issued are disregarded.
All prices include VAT, unless expressly provided otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have not a predetermined validation.
Prices are valid in the case of payment with the above method of payment under the conditions written above.
It may happen that the pricing information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price change appears between the processing the order,Hempika will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.
Discounts and promotional codes, and alike do not add up. Only discounts which are available for each product individualy and promotional code do.
Promotional code brings various benefits in the purchase and is limited in time. Active promotion code can be found on the title page advertisement in our email communications or other media.
All Hempika’s products are sent directly from Slovenia via Pošta Slovenije or DHL. After receiveing the payment confirmation the customer will also receive a tracking code to track the package while it is in transit.
Shipping costs are 5€, but if the order is for more than 100€, the shipping is free. Expected delivery time is between 5-10 days.
Return of goods
Within 14 days after the goods were accepted by the consumer, the customer has the right to report (email@example.com) to withdraw from the contract without having to state a reason for its decision. The deadline shall commence one day after the date of acquisition. The only cost to the consumer for the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the filed notice of withdrawal.
The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced, without the fault of the consumer. Consumer may not freely use the products until the withdraw from the contract.
In the case of a withdrawal, where a discount code or promotional code was used, these assets are considered as discount and will not be returned to the user. The user will only be refunded the amount paid.
Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal. Payment refund to the buyer will be made by bank transfer to his bank account.

If you noticed upon a delivery that the item or consignment is physically damaged, it lacks content, or showing signs of opening, you can file a compensation process for the Post of Slovenia.
Protection of personal data
This web store Hempika Ltd., in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1-UPB1) is committed to protecting the personal data of its users.
For business needs Hempika gathers the following information:
- name and surname,
- billing address
- shipping address,
- e-mail address
- contact telephone number,
- password in encrypted form, and other data that users enter into forms on our website.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the users.
For the purposes of ensuring security we also collect IP addresses from which users access the site. Each user is assigned at the beginning of the visit session cookie for identification and monitoring of the shopping cart. Hempika can among other cookies store on you computer other things such as the identification number of a user in an encrypted form (to identify the user’s next visit), review articles (that you know which items you already rated) and cookies of Google Analytics (analysis of visits website).
All information, except cookies are stored on the server permanently. Session cookies are stored in server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, permanent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer.
Manager can use the data in anonymised summary form for purposes of statistical analysis. Hempika will in no case hand over the users data to unauthorized persons. Delivery service (eg. Mail Slovenia) will be entrusted only with a user’s shipping address.
Data which Hempika collects and processes will be disclosed only if such liability is determined by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for the proceedings before courts or other state bodies as well as to protect and promote the legitimate interests.
For the protection of personal data is responsible also the user himself in a way that ensures the security of his e-mail address, user name and password, and the appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect your computer.
Electronic advertising messages
Hempika users will be contacted via means of distance communication only if a user does not explicitly object, and in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act-1.
Advertising e-mails will contain the following information:
- Clearly and unambiguously marked as advertisements,
- Consignor “Hempika” will be clearly evident,
- Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. It will also clearly set out the conditions of participation in them,
- It will clearly show the way to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages,
- If the customer wishes not to receive advertising messages Hempika will explicitly respect these wishes.
Reviews and comments
Reviews, comments and opinions, written by customers, are a part of the functionality of an online store which are dedicated the community of users.
Hempika allows the opinion to be written by any user of an online store before final publication by Hempika review. Hempika will not publish opinions or contributions which are offensive in any way, unsuitable or that the assessment does not provide benefits to other users and visitors.
Limitation of liability
Hempika does its best to ensure currency and accuracy of the information published on its web pages. However, the nature of items, delivery or price change can accur during order processing. In this case, the seller will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to cancel the contract or replace the ordered item.
Hempika is not responsible for the content of opinions on the articles written by visitors. Before publishing the review Hempika rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are inappropriate, misleading or offensive. Hempika is not responsible for the information and opinions, and abstracting from any liability arising from the information provided in the opinions.
Complaints and disputes
Hempika respects the existing consumer protection laws, and after all reasonable efforts to comply with its obligation to provide an effective system of dealing with complaints.

Hempika recognizes that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes disproportion between the economic value of the claim, and the necessary time and costs incurred in order to resolve the dispute, which is also a major barrier to the consumer to initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, Hempika seeks their best to resolve any disputes amicably.
In accordance with legal norms Hempika d.o.o. does not recognize any contractor court settlement of consumer disputes as responsible for resolving consumer disputes, which the consumer can be triggered in accordance with the Act on the extra-judicial settlement of consumer disputes.
Hempika d.o.o. as a provider of goods and services allows online store in the RS on its website an electronic link to the platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers here.
That legislation arising from the Act on the extra-judicial settlement of consumer disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
