Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich m\u00e1 mierne odli\u0161n\u00fd tvar molekuly, a pr\u00e1ve ten rozhoduje o tom, ako p\u00f4sob\u00ed na receptory v tele, ak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky vyvol\u00e1va a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa tieto \u00fa\u010dinky siln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00fa tri typy kanabinoidov a u\u017e na \u00favod stoj\u00ed za to pozna\u0165 v\u0161etky tri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fytokanabinoidy<\/strong> prirodzene vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa rastliny, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm <em>Cannabis sativa<\/em>, no v men\u0161om mno\u017estve sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa aj v \u010diernom koren\u00ed, echinacei alebo kakau.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Endokanabinoidy<\/strong> si pod\u013ea potreby vytv\u00e1ra samo \u013eudsk\u00e9 telo. Ide o vlastn\u00e9 sign\u00e1lne molekuly organizmu ur\u010den\u00e9 pre rovnak\u00fd receptorov\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Syntetick\u00e9 kanabinoidy<\/strong> vznikaj\u00fa v laborat\u00f3riu, \u010di u\u017e na farmaceutick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, alebo v nebezpe\u010dnej podobe ako rekrea\u010dn\u00e9 drogy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ke\u010f v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed hovor\u00ed o kanabinoidoch, mysl\u00ed t\u00fdm fytokanabinoidy, konkr\u00e9tne tie z\u00edskan\u00e9 z <a href=\"https:\/\/hempika.com\/sk\/konope\/\">konope<\/a>. Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ie z nich s\u00fa <strong>CBD (kanabidiol)<\/strong> a <strong>THC (tetrahydrokanabinol)<\/strong>. CBGA vznik\u00e1 z dvoch jednoduch\u0161\u00edch prekurzorov, kyseliny olivetolovej a geranylpyrofosf\u00e1tu, prostredn\u00edctvom chemickej reakcie v trich\u00f3moch rastliny (drobn\u00fdch \u017e\u013eazov\u00fdch ch\u013apkoch pokr\u00fdvaj\u00facich kvety a listy).<\/p>\n<p>\u0160pecifick\u00e9 rastlinn\u00e9 enz\u00fdmy z CBGA vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa tri hlavn\u00e9 kysl\u00e9 prekurzory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CBDA<\/strong> (kanabidiolov\u00e1 kyselina) je prekurzorom CBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>THCA<\/strong> (tetrahydrokanabinolov\u00e1 kyselina) je prekurzorom THC<\/li>\n<li><strong>CBCA<\/strong> (kanabichromenov\u00e1 kyselina) je prekurzorom CBC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010cas\u0165 CBGA, ktor\u00fa tieto enz\u00fdmy nepremenia, sa dekarboxyl\u00e1ciou m\u00f4\u017ee zmeni\u0165 priamo na CBG.<\/p>\n<h3>Dekarboxyl\u00e1cia: aktiv\u00e1cia kanabinoidov<\/h3>\n<p>Vo svojej surovej, pr\u00edrodnej podobe existuj\u00fa kanabinoidy ako kyseliny. CBDA nie je to ist\u00e9 ako CBD a THCA nem\u00e1 psychoakt\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky tak, ako THC. Premena z kyslej na akt\u00edvnu formu prebieha prostredn\u00edctvom dekarboxyl\u00e1cie, teda od\u0161tiepenia karboxylovej skupiny (COOH), pri ktorom sa uvo\u013e\u0148uje CO&#x2082;.<\/p>\n<p>K tomuto procesu doch\u00e1dza prirodzene, ke\u010f je rastlinn\u00fd materi\u00e1l konope:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zahriaty<\/strong> (faj\u010denie, vaporiz\u00e1cia, varenie)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dlhodobo vystaven\u00fd svetlu alebo vzduchu<\/strong> (pomal\u0161\u00ed proces prebiehaj\u00faci v priebehu \u010dasu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve preto sa CBD oleje vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 z konopn\u00e9ho extraktu po\u010das spracovania zvy\u010dajne dekarboxyluj\u00fa, aby bolo CBD v akt\u00edvnej, vyu\u017eite\u013enej forme. Z rovnak\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu obsahuj\u00fa surov\u00e9 konopn\u00e9 listy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v \u0161\u0165av\u00e1ch \u010di kapsul\u00e1ch sk\u00f4r CBDA ne\u017e CBD, a niektor\u00e9 produkty s\u00fa naopak z\u00e1merne navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby si tieto surov\u00e9 kysl\u00e9 formy zachovali.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"the-endocannabinoid-system\">\n<h2>3. Endokanabinoidn\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/h2>\n<p>Endokanabinoidn\u00fd syst\u00e9m (ECS) patr\u00ed medzi najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161ie a najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie regula\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my v \u013eudskom tele. Objavili ho v\u0161ak a\u017e za\u010diatkom 90. rokov 20. storo\u010dia, \u010do je z vedeck\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska pomerne ned\u00e1vno, a preto je st\u00e1le menej presk\u00faman\u00fd ne\u017e napr\u00edklad kardiovaskul\u00e1rny alebo nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>ECS tvoria tri hlavn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Endokanabinoidy<\/strong>, sign\u00e1lne molekuly, ktor\u00e9 si telo vytv\u00e1ra samo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kanabinoidn\u00e9 receptory<\/strong>, bielkoviny na povrchu buniek, na ktor\u00e9 sa via\u017eu endokanabinoidy aj fytokanabinoidy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enz\u00fdmy<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa tvorbu endokanabinoidov pod\u013ea potreby a ich rozklad po splnen\u00ed \u00falohy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>CB1 receptory<\/h3>\n<p>CB1 receptory sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v mozgu a centr\u00e1lnom nervovom syst\u00e9me, najm\u00e4 v oblastiach zodpovedn\u00fdch za pam\u00e4\u0165, koordin\u00e1ciu, vn\u00edmanie bolesti a chu\u0165 do jedla. Patria v\u00f4bec medzi najpo\u010detnej\u0161ie receptory v mozgu. Ke\u010f sa na CB1 receptory navia\u017ee THC, vyvol\u00e1va to typick\u00e9 psychoakt\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky konope. CBD sa naopak na CB1 receptory via\u017ee len ve\u013emi slabo, a preto nesp\u00f4sobuje opojenie.<\/p>\n<h3>CB2 receptory<\/h3>\n<p>CB2 receptory sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v imunitnom syst\u00e9me a perif\u00e9rnych tkaniv\u00e1ch, vr\u00e1tane \u010driev, sleziny, pe\u010dene a ko\u017ee. Zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri regul\u00e1cii z\u00e1palu a imunitn\u00fdch reakci\u00ed. Uk\u00e1zalo sa, \u017ee CBD tento receptor aktivuje, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee \u010diasto\u010dne vysvet\u013eova\u0165 jeho \u00fa\u010dinky na \u00fazkos\u0165.<\/li>\n<li><strong>GPR55<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd sa niekedy ozna\u010duje ako \u201etret\u00ed kanabinoidn\u00fd receptor\u201c, sa podie\u013ea na hustote kost\u00ed, krvnom tlaku a vn\u00edman\u00ed bolesti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PPAR\u03b3<\/strong> je jadrov\u00fd receptor podie\u013eaj\u00faci sa na metabolizme, z\u00e1pale a bunkovej prolifer\u00e1cii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u010co ECS v skuto\u010dnosti rob\u00ed?<\/h3>\n<p>ECS sa niekedy opisuje ako ak\u00fdsi hlavn\u00fd regul\u00e1tor, syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd pom\u00e1ha udr\u017eiava\u0165 telo v rovnov\u00e1he (homeost\u00e1ze). Fytokanabinoidy: hlavn\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di<\/h2>\n<p>Tu je preh\u013ead najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edch kanabinoidov, ktor\u00e9 sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v konope a v rastline konope vo v\u0161eobecnosti.<\/p>\n<h3>CBD (kanabidiol)<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hempika.com\/sk\/kanabidiol-cbd\/\">CBD<\/a> je hlavn\u00fd kanabinoid leg\u00e1lneho konope a najsk\u00famanej\u0161ia neopojn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka v tejto rastline. Na CB1 ani CB2 receptory sa vo svojej klasickej podobe nevia\u017ee v\u00fdrazne. Namiesto toho ovplyv\u0148uje ECS nepriamo, a to tak, \u017ee blokuje enz\u00fdm FAAH (ktor\u00fd rozklad\u00e1 endokanabinoid anandamid), aktivuje receptory TRPV1 a 5-HT1A a p\u00f4sob\u00ed ako negat\u00edvny alosterick\u00fd modul\u00e1tor na CB1 (\u010do v praxi znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinky THC, ak s\u00fa pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 s\u00fa\u010dasne).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdskum CBD je v porovnan\u00ed s ostatn\u00fdmi kanabinoidmi najpokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed. Najpresved\u010divej\u0161ie klinick\u00e9 d\u00f4kazy existuj\u00fa v oblasti epilepsie: farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u00edpravok Epidiolex (\u010disten\u00e9 CBD) m\u00e1 schv\u00e1lenie FDA na lie\u010dbu dvoch zriedkav\u00fdch foriem detskej epilepsie, Dravetovho syndr\u00f3mu a Lennoxovho-Gastautovho syndr\u00f3mu. Okrem toho prebieha rozsiahly preklinick\u00fd aj klinick\u00fd v\u00fdskum \u00fa\u010dinkov CBD na \u00fazkos\u0165, sp\u00e1nok, z\u00e1pal, boles\u0165 a neuroprotekciu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legislat\u00edva:<\/strong> V E\u00da je predaj produktov s CBD zo schv\u00e1len\u00fdch odr\u00f4d konope leg\u00e1lny vo forme v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doplnkov, pokia\u013e sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa nariadenie o nov\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch a obsah THC neprekra\u010duje n\u00e1rodne stanoven\u00fa hranicu (zvy\u010dajne 0,2 a\u017e 0,3 %).<\/p>\n<h3>THC (delta-9-tetrahydrokanabinol)<\/h3>\n<p>THC je hlavn\u00fd psychoakt\u00edvny kanabinoid konope. Via\u017ee sa priamo a silno na CB1 receptory v mozgu, \u010d\u00edm vyvol\u00e1va opojn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky sp\u00e1jan\u00e9 s marihuanou. V rastline priemyseln\u00e9ho konope sa nach\u00e1dza len v stopovom mno\u017estve. Z\u00e1konn\u00e1 hranica v E\u00da je 0,3 % v su\u0161enom kvete, hotov\u00e9 produkty pritom musia zvy\u010dajne obsahova\u0165 menej ne\u017e 0,2 % (l\u00ed\u0161i sa pod\u013ea krajiny).<\/p>\n<p>Napriek svojej povesti je THC aj predmetom seri\u00f3zneho medic\u00ednskeho v\u00fdskumu a je \u00fa\u010dinnou l\u00e1tkou schv\u00e1len\u00fdch farmaceutick\u00fdch pr\u00edpravkov proti nevo\u013enosti (dronabinol) aj kombinovanej lie\u010dby (Sativex, s pomerom THC a CBD 1 : 1) spasticity pri skler\u00f3ze multiplex.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legislat\u00edva:<\/strong> Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine kraj\u00edn ide o kontrolovan\u00fa l\u00e1tku, ak koncentr\u00e1cia presiahne stanoven\u00e9 limity. V leg\u00e1lnych konopn\u00fdch produktoch sa vyskytuje len v stopovom mno\u017estve.<\/p>\n<h3>CBG (kanabigerol)<\/h3>\n<p>CBG je priamym produktom dekarboxyl\u00e1cie CBGA (\u201ematky kanabinoidov\u201c), a preto si vysl\u00fa\u017eil vlastn\u00e9 ozna\u010denie prekurzorovej molekuly. V dozret\u00fdch rastlin\u00e1ch konope sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina CBGA u\u017e premenila na in\u00e9 kanabinoidy, tak\u017ee CBG sa zvy\u010dajne vyskytuje len v malom mno\u017estve, pokia\u013e nejde o odrodu cielene vy\u0161\u013eachten\u00fa tak, aby si ho zachovala. Dnes u\u017e existuj\u00fa odrody konope vy\u0161\u013eachten\u00e9 na vysok\u00fd obsah CBG, ktor\u00e9 stoja za novou vlnou produktov, ako s\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/hempika.com\/sk\/produkt\/cbg-kvapky\/\">CBG kvapky<\/a> alebo <a href=\"https:\/\/hempika.com\/en\/product\/cbg-isolate\/\">CBG izol\u00e1t<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>CBG p\u00f4sob\u00ed na CB1 aj CB2 receptory a z\u00e1rove\u0148 blokuje sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 vychyt\u00e1vanie GABA, upokojuj\u00faceho neurotransmitera. Klinick\u00fdch \u00fadajov u \u013eud\u00ed je zatia\u013e m\u00e1lo, ich po\u010det v\u0161ak rastie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legislat\u00edva:<\/strong> Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine kraj\u00edn nepatr\u00ed medzi kontrolovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky; v konopn\u00fdch produktoch je v E\u00da leg\u00e1lny.<\/p>\n<h3>CBN (kanabinol)<\/h3>\n<p>CBN vznik\u00e1 postupnou oxid\u00e1ciou THC, ide teda v podstate o \u201ezostarnut\u00e9\u201c THC. Konopn\u00fd kvet vystaven\u00fd teplu, svetlu alebo vzduchu si CBN postupne tvor\u00ed s\u00e1m. Napriek tomuto p\u00f4vodu m\u00e1 CBN len ve\u013emi slab\u00e9 psychoakt\u00edvne vlastnosti a pri mno\u017estv\u00e1ch be\u017en\u00fdch v konopn\u00fdch produktoch sa vo v\u0161eobecnosti pova\u017euje za neopojn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>CBN si na z\u00e1klade ran\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu a sk\u00fasenost\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov z\u00edskal pozornos\u0165 najm\u00e4 v s\u00favislosti so sp\u00e1nkom.
