Hempika whole grain hemp flour is a by-product of pressing hemp seeds. Hemp seed cake is then roughly ground on a stone mill and sifted. Hemp flour is an excellent source of dietary fibre, vegetable protein, vitamins and minerals. It is easily digestible and gluten-free.

USE:
Hemp flour is suitable for baking bread, pastry and other baking products, pasta, pizza, gnocchi, etc.
It can be combined with other types of flour or added in soups and sauces for thickening.
