Najčešći razlozi neuspješne transakcije jesu kreditne kartice bez regulirane 3-D Secure zaštite ili one s nedovoljno sredstava. Predlažemo uporabu druge kreditne kartice ili odabir drugog načina plaćanja.
U trenutku isporuke, na odabranu adresu e-pošte zaprimiti ćete obavijest o statusu vaše pošiljke, broj za praćenje i kontakt broj dostavne službe. Ako niste zaprimili broj za praćenje pošiljke obavijestite nas na info@hempika.com.
Ako ste naručili proizvod koji ne udovoljava vašim zahtjevima imate ga pravo vratiti u roku od 14 dana od dana kupnje u originalnoj i neoštećenoj ambalaži. Za više informacija o povratima, molimo pročitati Opće uvjete poslovanja.

You can order anywhere in the world.
  • Cash on delivery (only in Slovenia)
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card (3D Secure – Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, Etherium, Litecoin)
  • The most common reason for unsuccessful payment is that the credit card isn’t a 3D secure credit card, so we recommend checking that first. If that’s the case, a bank transfer is also a safe payment option.

Just make sure that you’re doing an international (SEPA) transfer. Fill out all the necessary information and transfer the amount of money that is written on the proforma invoice. Our bank information is: IBAN: SI56 0510 0801 5616 022 Swift/Bic: ABANSI2X Bank name: ABANKA d.d. The transfer of the bank payment can take up to 1–2 working days; you will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been accepted.
Sadly no, as we only offer 3D secure credit card payment because security comes first.
  • If you placed an order until 14:00 (GMT+1), you can cancel it with a call to the +38668169816
  • If the order has been placed after 14:00 (GMT+1), you can cancel it with an email to info(at)hempika.si (please use “CANCEL ORDER +order number” as a subject).
  • If the order is already shipped, we can’t cancel it anymore as the post-service has control over it.
After you complete all the steps, you’ll receive an email with confirmation.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.
  • Worldwide shipping is free on all orders above €99, and above €30 in Slovenia (the shipping is handled by regular post).
  • Shipping costs are otherwise automatically calculated before placing your order and are based on the offer of the delivery service.
All orders placed (and processed) before 14:00 (GMT +1) will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Yes, once the order is placed, you can request a tracking number by sending an email with your order number to info(at)hempika.si
It happens sometimes that the tracking numbers aren’t available immediately, thus giving you the feeling that the package hasn’t been sent yet. Don’t worry, it is probably a delay in the tracking process system because many local couriers only recognize the tracking number 24 hours before delivery.
All of our packages are discreetly shipped and contain only the delivery information.
If you received the product and changed your mind, you can return it in a 14-day period if it is still in a condition that you received it (unopened and unused). For more information about returns, please contact us at info(at)hempika.si

No, you don’t need the VAT number to register a wholesale account.
  • Because we manually approve every account, it can take up to 24 hours before you are granted with access to our wholesale portal. If you register your account on Friday or the weekend, you can expect the access to the portal on Monday.

Hemp products that contain less than 0,2% THC are considered legal in most of the countries worldwide. Because the laws are rapidly changing, we recommend that you check your local laws before placing the order.
  • With hemp food products there shouldn’t be any risk at all but CBD products might be illegal in some countries around the world.
  • Because we do not have all the information about worldwide laws, we do not take responsibility for seized products if you are ordering them to a country where they are illegal.
